Ok Here's my little disclaimer & info part of this index. There's a few things missing here and I'll tell you why. For The Ones Who Wed was basically a template. I wrote it as a wedding gift for my friend in 1992. I've used it for a couple of other weddings since then, changing the second & third verses and the names. I really don't feel like putting it on here. Two of the families still have it in their homes or offices. Wanna see it, get a hold of them. 

Holocaust was written in 92 (with the intro being written in 2005) when I had no job and would watch the only thing on tv at three in the morning, CBS Overnight. Some kids got arrested for sitting down in front of an abortion clinic in Minnesota. On The Tube came from the same news program. It covers stories like Amy Fischer, Bill Clinton sending his daughter to private school, some guy getting hung as a death penalty on The West Coast and some other stuff. 

The World Around Me is about Teenage drinking. It is the combination of the short song The World Around Me and the infamous What's The Point, G'? It was partly me being stupid as Dre was using the term G' loosely, I figured I'd use it too, not even knowing what it even meant. The main just of it was inspired by a friend in High School named Mike Winsbro. The local place to gather in Land O' Lakes on a week night or any night in the summer was the McDonald's parking lot. This is where you pretty much found out where the party was and if you could find somebody old enough, get your beer. FCA at Land O' Lakes was a joke. Basically a Jock Social Club and a way to get out of class. I was in FCA and so was Mike. Most of the people in FCA, you could see praying in the club and then drunk on the weekend. I confronted Mike on this one night. I ask him if he was a Christian and he told me yeah. I asked why he drank and he told me because he's a teenager also. Now don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against drinking and neither does The Bible. Just don't get drunk and don't be drunk all the time. The Bible says to obey the laws of the land and since we were all under 21, we weren't. The last time I was in LOL another group of kids were in the same spot we were thirteen years ago.

Seriously is based on 1990 statistics, events that happened in my life and plainly some things that I just overheard. It deals with The Problem of Suicide. Sticky Situation was written as I sat in Algebra II class my Senior of High School. No Rainbow deals with my views on Homosexuality. As for the last thing I've written, Plain Old Ken. Due to when I tried to transfer some of my files to another server, they lost it. They actually lost everything. POK was the only one that I didn't have on another site. I have to find The hard copy and add it later. I haven't written anything since then and that was 2003. Hip Hop was then written in 2006. I've been busing recording some of this stuff and you'll be able to find that on The Music Page of this site.
